AruculaCress
Thanks to its nutty flavor AruculaCress is particularly intense in flavor and definitely a trendy ingredient. It can be used raw or cooked. AruculaCress goes particularly well together with butterhead or iceberg lettuce, tomatoes and carrots.
Due to the high content of mustard oil (mustard oil glycosides) it is also excellent for fresh pasta or pizza. Our tip for fresh consumption: Sprinkle AruculaCress on food just before serving.
