RadishCress over Split Pea
SoupRadishCress is the perfect complement to every pea soup. It provides a hot, spicy taste, complementing the slightly sweet soup perfectly.
Ingredients:
- 500 g green peas (fresh)
- 700 ml water
- 5 tablespoon RadishCress
- 1 tablespoon live oil
- 1 diced shallot
- 4 tablespoon sesame oilsalt
And here's how:
Fry shallot in oil, add peas, water and a little salt, bring to a boil and simmer on a low flame for 5 minutes.
Puree the whole mixture, then drain and heat. Arrange on a plate and add RadishCress according to your taste.
