RadishCress over Split Pea

SoupRadishCress is the perfect complement to every pea soup. It provides a hot, spicy taste, complementing the slightly sweet soup perfectly.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g green peas (fresh)
  • 700 ml water
  • 5 tablespoon RadishCress
  • 1 tablespoon live oil
  • 1 diced shallot
  • 4 tablespoon  sesame oilsalt


And here's how:

Fry shallot in oil, add peas, water and a little salt, bring to a boil and simmer on a low flame for 5 minutes.
Puree the whole mixture, then drain and heat. Arrange on a plate and add RadishCress according to your taste.
