GardenCress on Mashed Potatoes
GardenCress turns mashed potatoes into something special.
Ingredients:
- 800 g floury potatoes
- 2 zucchinis
- 4 tablespoon GardenCress
- 2 teablespoon almond mousse
- salt
And here's how:
Dice potatoes, cut zucchini into 2 cm thick slices. Cook potatoes and zucchini until tender, grind everything hot through a food mill. Stir in salt and the slightly diluted almond mousse.
Finally, arrange and garnish with GardenCress.
